Our family had a comfortable stay at this brand-new hotel for one night, and everything was amazing. the double room was equipped with a private safe, a minibar, and an iron, which added to our convenience. the staff was incredibly friendly and assisted us with every request.

Everything was modern at this hotel, helpful stuff. The location for Bukit Mertajam was favourable and comfy, close to B outlets within walking distance, Penang island and Penang in the future. My modern room was brand-new and beds were exceptionally comfortable. As for me, wake-up service available, and particularly nice views were advantages...

Our twin room was quiet and decently sized, offering a lovely city view. It came equipped with a work desk, coffee and tea-making equipment, and a TV set, which was great. the staff were exceptionally friendly and affable, and the location was convenient, with Sparky's Grill, a fantastic street food restaurant, just a 15-minute walk away.

The hotel room had a safe, a multi-channel TV, and a convenient mini-fridge bar. The location was great, with plenty of eateries and taxis nearby, and various food and beverage outlets within walking distance. I felt safe and it was just 3 miles away from the main attraction, Icon City.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable with modern technologies like an android TV and Bluetooth speaker. The hotel was conveniently located near various F&B outlets like Starbucks, KFC, Tealive, and Burger King, making it easy to get a quick bite. The friendly staff made me feel welcomed, and the check-in process was smooth. there were plenty of parking spots available both outdoors and indoors, and the cleanliness was spot on.
